Our mission is to educate students to appreciate what nature has bestowed on us.

We are committed to educating students to be responsible for the well-being of the environment.

We believe that building up a green campus with teachers and students provides a springboard for students to actively engage themselves in environmental issues.

 

Environmental Education Ambassadors:

Our Environmental Education Ambassadors are keen in promoting a green campus. They help collect leftover of food and put them in the composting machine, using the compost to grow vegetables such as lettuce, eggplants and tomatoes, etc. in the Micro-garden located on the roof of our Annex building. Readings from the solar panels are also recorded and analyzed by them daily. Besides, they join in a number of activities such as tree planting, field trips and visit to Mai Po Marshes, etc.
 

Activities:

In raising students' awareness of environmental protection and conservation with enhanced participation, the Environmental Education Committee has organized different kinds of environmental protection schemes and activities. They are the Student Environmental Protection Ambassador Scheme, the Green School Subsidy Scheme, the One-Person-One-Flower Scheme, Green Christmas Campaign and Earth Hour.

 

New Zealand Ecological & Environmental study tour

From July 12th to 19th, 2025, 30 students embarked on an unforgettable study tour to New Zealand. Renowned for its breathtaking natural landscapes and unique biodiversity, the country offered them a rare opportunity to encounter species and geographical wonders seldom seen in Hong Kong, such as the iconic Kiwi bird and the majestic Milford Sound.
